What you'll do
- ✓ Design and operate systems that scale data labelling ops
- ✓ Partner with engineering on tooling investments
- ✓ Lead cross-functional initiatives across 4–5 teams
- ✓ Run weekly business reviews with the leadership team
You should have
- ✓ 6+ years in ops, strategy, or chief-of-staff roles
- ✓ Strong analytical skills — SQL fluency a plus
- ✓ Track record of operationalizing ambiguity
Nice to have
- ◦ MBA or equivalent rigor
- ◦ Ex-consulting background
