Anti-discrimination Policy

Piccolo Mind is committed to equal opportunity. We prohibit discrimination in job listings, platform access, and our own hiring practices.

Equal opportunity · Last updated June 12, 2026

01 · Scope

This policy applies to all job listings posted on Piccolo Mind, all interactions between candidates and hiring teams facilitated by the platform, and Piccolo Mind's own employment practices.

02 · Protected characteristics

Job listings and hiring practices on Piccolo Mind may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

03 · Job listing requirements

All job listings must describe role requirements in terms of skills, experience, and outcomes — not personal characteristics. Listings that include discriminatory language, unlawful age ranges, or requirements that function as proxies for protected characteristics will be removed without notice.

04 · Accessible experience

Piccolo Mind is committed to making its platform accessible to candidates with disabilities. We work toward WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. If you need accommodations to access the platform or apply for a role, contact accessibility@piccolomind.com.

05 · Reporting discrimination

If you experience or witness discriminatory conduct on the platform — in a job listing, a message from a hiring team, or any other context — report it to legal@piccolomind.com. We investigate all reports within 5 business days.

06 · Enforcement

Violations of this policy by hiring teams result in removal of the offending listing and, for repeated or serious violations, termination of the employer relationship. We cooperate fully with EEOC investigations and equivalent agencies.
