Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Piccolo Mind platform. By creating a profile or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

01 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in your jurisdiction to use Piccolo Mind. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

02 · Candidate profiles

Candidates may create one profile per person. Your profile must be accurate and kept current. You may apply only for roles you genuinely intend to pursue. Misrepresentation of credentials or experience is grounds for removal from the network.

03 · Employer listings

Employers must post only genuine, currently open roles. Job listings must comply with applicable employment law and meet Piccolo Mind's curation criteria for venture-backed companies. We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not meet our standards.

04 · 48-business-hour response commitment

Hiring teams on Piccolo Mind commit to responding to applications within 48 business hours. This commitment is between the hiring team and the candidate; Piccolo Mind follows up on missed commitments but is not liable for a hiring team's failure to respond.

05 · Intellectual property

Content you submit (resume, profile text, portfolio links) remains yours. You grant Piccolo Mind a limited license to display and share it with hiring teams you apply to. Platform code, design, and data compilations are the exclusive property of Piccolo Mind Inc.

06 · Prohibited conduct

You may not: scrape or automate access to the platform; use the platform to spam candidates or hiring teams; post false or misleading information; violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; or use the platform in a manner that harms other users.

07 · Limitation of liability

Piccolo Mind provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

08 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except for injunctive relief.
