01 · Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, work history, and application preferences — and information generated through your use of our platform, such as which roles you view, save, or apply to. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging.

02 · How we use your data

Your profile data is used exclusively to match you with relevant roles, surface your applications to hiring teams you've explicitly applied to, and send you transactional notifications (application status, feedback timelines). We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

03 · Data sharing

We share your application data only with the specific hiring team for roles you apply to. We use a small number of sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics) under data processing agreements. A sub-processor list is available on request.

04 · Retention

Active account data is retained while your account is open. If you ask us to remove your profile, we delete profile data within 30 days and application records within 90 days, except where we have a legal obligation to retain them.

05 · Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA. To exercise any right, email privacy@piccolomind.com.

06 · Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser.
