You should have
- ✓ 6+ years designing complex consumer-pro products
- ✓ Strong systems thinking and craft
- ✓ Have shipped surfaces used at scale
Nice to have
- ◦ Worked on editors, IDEs, or canvases
- ◦ Motion design fluency
