What you'll do
- ✓ Design core infrastructure for training AI models at massive scale
- ✓ Lead technical strategy for deployment systems
- ✓ Mentor 3–5 engineers on the infrastructure team
- ✓ Define standards across engineering org
- ✓ Collaborate with research team on system requirements
You should have
- ✓ 12+ years as a systems or infrastructure engineer
- ✓ Deep expertise in distributed systems or GPU computing
- ✓ Built infrastructure at Meta / Google / OpenAI scale
- ✓ Track record leading technical strategy in infrastructure
Nice to have
- ◦ CUDA / GPU programming experience
- ◦ Open source contributions in systems software
- ◦ Publications in distributed or systems conferences
